We spent a cozy night enjoying their lovely atmosphere. The staff was welcoming, and the Sunday lunch was exceptional—well-cooked dishes with generous portions. Though our Standard Double Room felt a bit stuffy, using the fan helped. I recommend exploring the menu early, as some items may run out.

the hotel is super clean and nice with some cool touches like quality toiletries and a coffee maker. staff were really friendly and attentive which made our stay enjoyable. they even left us a complimentary beer which was a nice surprise! breakfast had lots of options, and they catered for dietary needs which is a plus. overall, we felt welcomed and valued during our stay and would totally come back!

we found the bathroom setup to be odd with a super low sink and the wet room got really wet everywhere. also, the automatic door was a bit strange and not what we expected.

the cromwell arms is a lovely pub with great decor, making it a welcoming spot. the room was beautiful, and i appreciated the local coffee and tea. breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choices, including vegan and gluten-free options. the staff were incredibly friendly, even letting us park early so we could explore the lovely river walk nearby.

The deluxe double room was lovely, featuring quality toiletries and a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk, enhancing the comfortable stay. the service during Sunday lunch left much to be desired. the staff failed to check on our meals or offer drink refills, which marred the experience. the portions were underwhelming considering the high prices, making the meal feel less satisfying overall.

Not ideal for light sleepers. Oh, and we were unsure how to get in when we returned late from our wedding, but another guest helped us out, so that was lucky!

Room temperature control needs improvement!!! Noise disturbances from hallways can disrupt relaxation!!! Management should work on better communication about dining reservations!!!

Spent a night here and it was pretty nice. The room was comfy, and I loved the little jug of milk in the fridge for tea! The beer garden had a great vibe, but the food was a bit average compared to what I remembered from before. not bad for a quick stay.
